This dream is real and it’s located at the eastern end of Gorge Harbour on Cortes Island. Otter Point is really two properties in one. It includes the main house, which has been used in the past as a B&B, and Fernwood Log Cabin. You can rent either facility, or for a larger group or family, rent both at the same time. Otter Point lends itself both to family holidays and small group conferences, retreats, and family reunions. This property is centrally located on Cortes, which makes it easy to get to most amenities on Cortes such as stores, restaurants, recreation, and ferry.
