Cortes Security & On~Site Services provides home and property care as well as security checks when the home owner is away. We are very flexible in the services we provide and can do most anything the home owner wants or needs done around the home or property. If we are not qualified to handle a job we can arrange to have the work done by a qualified trade’s person. We have a regular home maintenance list so the home owner can check off the work they want done and we will see that it gets attended to in a timely manner. From cleaning gutters to house cleaning, watering plants or feeding the cat while you are home or away we can help.

For seasonal residents the ultimate package could look like this:
Call us a week before your expected arrival date and we will have the home cleaned inside and out, boat in the water and your car ready for you (delivered to the airport if you so desire). On your arrival day there will be fresh flowers and a first meal waiting for you. All you have to do is unpack your bags! We can even do a grocery shop if you wish. When you leave just let us know and all you have to do is walk out the door. We will have the house cleaned, boat pulled, car serviced and put away, home winterized and regular security checks done plus storm damage checks as needed. Should there be storm damage we can deal with that so you don’t have to return next year to a leaky roof and mouldy house or deal with unwanted critters that moved in over the winter!
Cortes Security & On~Site Services is owned and operated by Vicki and Gerry deBoer. We have been full time residents of Cortes Island for over 22 years.
Vicki was the resident island realtor for 10 years and Gerry was maintenance manager at the Gorge Harbour Marina for over 18 years.
