When you’re ready to explore, swim, hike, or kayak, you’ll find yourself at the desirable south end of Cortes, right on Manson’s Lagoon which is filled with clams and oysters and other natural wonders at low tide.  You look across the lagoon to Manson’s Landing Provincial Park and you are just a few minutes away from Hague Lake Provincial Park, wonderful sandy beach, and refreshing sweet water swimming.

Shopping, bank, Health Centre, and community hall are just a 7-minute drive away, with Hollyhock and Smelt Bay Park just a few minutes further south.  So while you have real privacy, the most used and loved features of the island are close at hand.

The house can accommodate 4 in two bedrooms, and up to 10 utilizing two rooms in an adjoining building.  It is ideal for a large family or 2 small families.

This is a pet-friendly home with other pets in the area -- it is surrounded by a good fence which will keep deer out and kids and pets in. For those needing to keep in touch with the “outside world”, note that Blackberry cell phones work well at this location for both voice and email.
