This waterfront cottage is full of charm! The cottage is fully equipped and can comfortably sleep four but is ideal for a romantic couples retreat.
It is surrounded by a lush, landscaped garden and enjoys wonderful ocean views and offers easy access to Smelt Bay beach via a landscaped rock stairway. The cottage is small but very well laid out with open living, dining, kitchen area and loft bedroom that is accessed by a spiral stair case.
There is lots of out door living space with the covered front deck that features a sleeping nook with bug netting for a comfortable nights sleep. There is also a large dining deck that is very private and nicely landscaped and over looks the ocean as well as the garden. For the young at heart there is an old fashioned soaker bath tub outside as well as a shower in the bathroom.
The ocean view is wonderful and Smelt Bay beach is only steps away. The SW exposure makes for great sunsets. The property is fully fenced and very private giving the sense of being in your own beach front oasis. more photos

All rates are based on a weekly rental and 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $ 25 per guest per night to a maximum of 4 guests.
